Fractional Leadership
As a fractional Head of People, I establish and lead the People function on a part-time, interim basis, providing strategic and operational expertise.
In these fractional engagements, I serve as both a strategist and an operator. My approach centers on two primary objectives: managing the day-to-day People-related matters that arise and simultaneously developing the foundational People strategies and processes critical to long-term success.
I engage directly with employees to address concerns and foster open communication. Additionally, I provide direct management and guidance to junior members of the People team.
Investment: Monthly Retainer
Advisory Services
I work with a select group of Series A to C startups as a People Advisor, supporting their growth and development.
In this capacity, I guide clients on establishing a solid foundation for their People function, recommend suitable HR technology platforms, facilitate connections to top-tier talent within my network, and advise on how to avoid common yet costly HR pitfalls.
Unlike fractional leadership, where my role is more hands-on as a builder and operator, Advisory Services focus on helping Founders think strategically about structuring and scaling their People function.

Project-Based Consulting
Project-based consulting is an ideal solution when clients require focused support to achieve a specific, defined deliverable.
While each project is unique, past engagements have included designing performance management frameworks, crafting compensation philosophies, and developing leadership development programs, among others.
After a thorough assessment of your current People processes and future needs, I will work closely with you to define project requirements, establish clear deliverables, and align on an expected timeline.
Investment: $200/hour billed monthly
